As well as being a writer, I am also an artist of many mediums. These days, I am mainly working on illustrating and painting scenes from the novels I am working on, so here I will be sharing artwork that has been a part of my current in progress fantasy manuscript, Project Sea Witch.
This is a watercolour map of Atlatia, the world my fantasy series takes place in. Atlatia is a land of twelve isles, and four realms, each with their own unique history, magic, and folklore.
This is a watercolour illustration of the prologue in my novel, a depiction of the Pirate crew in my story riding donkeys through a magical, ancient desert.
This is a watercolour image from a series I call ‘Siren Science’, a collection of profiles on different kinds of mermaids in the world of Atlatia. This image is a diagram of a ‘Nereid’, a mermaid who lives on the coral reef.

I love making maps for the settings in my world. This is the first map I made of Lunadira, the moon shaped Isle on which my story takes place.
